Three Tablespoons

Each one of the Tablespoons in our name stands for one of the principles we built our company on. All our ready-to-bake products are:

Wholesome. We always use all-natural ingredients in their purest form so our treats contain the maximum amount of nutrients. Whole grains, unrefined sweeteners, vegetables, legumes and seeds are always the healthiest choice, and we love to include them in our treats in creative ways.
Vegan and allergy-friendly. We don’t use any animal-derived ingredients and we also stay away from the most common food allergens so people with food allergies and sensitivities can enjoy our out-of-the-oven goodies too. All our products are free of: eggs, dairy (and casein), soy, nuts, and wheat. We also offer a variety of mouth-watering gluten-free options.
Delicious. It’s taken many years and many batches to perfect our recipes, but we’re proud to say that we’ve proven that even if it sounds impossible to make wholesome, vegan and allergy-friendly sweets that are also tasty, we’ve succeeded: our treats are scrumptious!
