Three Tablespoons was created to address the challenge of making smart food choices while satisfying a sweet craving. Frustrated with brightly packaged, over-processed goodies that are full of empty calories, we opened our New York bakery to offer delicious cookies, muffins, bars, cakes, cupcakes and doughnuts packed with meaningful nutrients in right size portions. Taking advantage of nature's bounty by combining fruits, vegetables, legumes, herbs, seeds and a variety of whole grains in unexpected ways, our recipes resulted in wholesome yet mouthwatering baked treats.
The response was tremendous. As orders poured in, we realized that the demand for our products extended well beyond our neighborhood. People from all over the country started inquiring about our treats’ availability in their local health food store, supermarket, specialty store, etc. To avoid adding any preservatives into our treats, we decided to offer our products in ready-to-bake form and share the comforting and enjoyable experience of baking with our customers without any of the mess and clean up and extended our line to include more gluten free products.
