All Three Tablespoons treats are baked from scratch using the finest all-natural ingredients. Our products are always:

None of our recipes use soy, nuts or nut-derived ingredients. However, one of our flour suppliers does process nuts and soy ingredients in his facility. This manufacturer, power-washes his machinery with air pressure and discards the initial 30 pounds of flour between runs. If you have questions, please ask your physician before enjoying our treats.

Many of our gluten-free products are made with oat flour, which is tested by the manufacturer with an R5 ELISA gluten test to ensure the absence of gluten. The oats are packed in a 100% gluten free facility. Though, a tiny fraction of the population cannot tolerate even the purest gluten free oats. If you are unsure, please consult first with your healthcare advisor.
