THREE TABLE SPOONS - A smart baking company

FUN STUFF

If you want to unleash your inner pastry chef, here are some suggestions to make sophisticated, delicious, fun, but easy and wholesome desserts using our products.

Make brownie lollipops

Bake a batch of brownies following the instructions in the package. Let brownies rest slightly after baking and when they are cool enough to handle, squeeze and knead them to make a soft dough. Scoop out brownie balls with a mini ice-cream scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
While brownies chill, melt 6 ounces of chocolate chips with 2 Tablespoons of oil in a double boiler.
Bring brownies out, and dip the tips of lollipop sticks in the melted chocolate. Insert one stick on each brownie ball. Then, coat each brownie with the melted chocolate and freeze until it hardens. Enjoy!

Baking playdate

Inspire your kids and their friends! Baking is magical and they will love doing it with you. They can scoop out cookie dough or mix while you prepare cupcakes. And what if someone wants to lick the spatula? They can go ahead, as there are no eggs in any of our doughs! Then everyone can take a bite into a warm, melty and soft cookie that smells like a hug.

Create your own

  • Bake brownies and spread the top with softened Three Tablespoons cookie dough (no need to bake) for a gluten free cookie dough brownie that no one will forget.
  • Add fresh berries and lemon rind to cupcakes in the Summer and chopped apples and cinnamon in the Fall.
  • Whoopie pies: bake your favorite Three Tablespoons cookies, let them cool and fill them with our icing.
  • Sandwich your cookies between all-natural fruit preserves, serve atop a frozen dessert or to add crunch to trifles, sundaes and fruit crisps.
